Obviously there is only so much we can do in a day. However we are as keen as you are to make sure that you get the most out of the day we spend with you, and to do that we need a good knowledge of your problems. So it makes no sense if we are spending 1/2 of the day just fact finding about the problems.

We believe our day should be spent analysing the problems, looking for improvent areas and determining what practical steps you can quickly apply to increase your offline and online sales dramatically.

Here's what we do to ensure that and this is how our one day consultancy works:

Pre-Consultation Day

  • 1 hour phone consultation going through with you to fact find about you, your business, and areas that you need help in improving sales, offline and online.
  • Letting you know the information we need from you to help us get a clearer understanding of your business that you can email to us - ( we will spend time learning about your business before we come and see you)
  • 1 hour meeting "face-to-face" at your premises to go through the problem areas again and to ensure we have a clearer understanding to work out an action plan of what we need to do, key people we need to spend time with in your organsisation to see how they operate/sell, and to work out a timetable for the consultancy day.

Consultation Day

We will determine:

  • Why the sales are NOT at the level you would like/need them to be?
  • Through time spent with key people in your business, where any skills gaps may be and look at identifying them and the easiest way to plug up those skill gaps.
  • What the key areas are that stopping those sales increasing?
  • "How?" and "Where?" making certain adjustments will make dramatic improvents for you.
  • What WILL make the improvements you need in order to achieve the level of sales that you want/need.
  • As much as is possible in a day to see how you can implement practical changes to help increase sales and profits

Post Consultation Day Report

  • A full written report to outline our findings and recommendations
  • Provide a clear plan of action for what you need to do and what changes/alterations you need to make based on our findings, that will help you dramatically improve sales.
  • Give you step by step instructions where possible to how to make some of those changes.
  • Provide you with any other information we feel will be useful in helping you meet your objectives.

Post Consultation Day Meeting

We will come to you for a 2 hour debrief meeting with you to go through the findings and suggestions in the report,  with you to ensure that you are certain of how to implement the suggestions we have made based on our findings.

This we feel is vital step in helping sure you are aware of exactly how to proceed forward, and that we can answer any question that you have after you have had time to analyse the report.


Post Consutation Day Accountability Partner Follow Up


We want to make sure that you are on track. That's why we arrange two more, 1 hour phone calls, which are used to follow up and see

  • That the changes have been implemented successfully and...
  • That they are producing results for your business.

So, as you can see...  whilst it is a 1 day consultation... we will and DO put a lot more than one day's worth of time into it for you.
